Relay For Life Tokyo

From October 13 to 14, the Social Service Council members in the Relay For Life committee attended Relay For Life Tokyo at Ueno Park. The event was an overnight fundraiser for cancer awareness, where students and adults from various organizations supported those suffering with cancer by donating their time and money. Throughout the event, students from ISSH walked and ran around the RFL course, raising money for each lap they completed. The Social Service Council collaborated with SMIS and Seisen to also raise money by selling soda, clothing, and accessories. Overall, the event was a heartwarming experience as many students got the opportunity to talk with cancer survivors, write letters of support, and donate their time to a worthy cause.
