Where did you come from?

I was living in Ohio before and I went to a public school there.

Why did you move to Sacred Heart?

My dad works in the Air Force and there was a job transfer offer in Tokyo. My dad had lived in Japan for several years when he was young so when he saw the offer, he decided to take it.

What is your favorite thing about Sacred Heart so far?

My favorite thing is the hour long lunch break. In my old school, the lunch break lasted for only 30 minutes and we had to stay in the cafeteria for the whole break.

What do you find interesting about Japan?

I find the Japanese culture pretty interesting.

Have you faced any challenges since moving to Tokyo?

Not being able to read signs in public has been difficult.

What are your hobbies?

I like to read, write, and play the piano and viola.

Do you have a favorite book series?

I like Harry Potter, especially since that’s the first book series that really got me into reading.
