This year, ISSH will be hosting the 5th Annual Kanto Plain Film Festival.

The festival is not only an excellent opportunity to showcase your creativity and video-making skills, but can also simply be a fun incentive for anyone that wants to explore the art of using technology in creating videos.

Submitters are highly encouraged and welcome. Videos can be submitted to the following categories:

• Original drama
• Original music video
• Commercial
• Documentary
• Animation

The deadline for all videos will be Monday, April 27. Make sure to upload full films and clips to Vimeo, or share the video on Google Drive with the festival organizer, Mr. Eyre ([email protected]). The videos can be of any duration. However due to limited screening time, submitters of long videos must select a 5 minute clip to show on the day of the event, and share that with the ISSH Vimeo Film Festival Channel as well.

The event will be held at ISSH , on Saturday, May 23, from 10 am to 12 pm

Screenings will be held in classrooms on the 3rd floor from 10 to 11, and the awards ceremony will be from 11 to 12 in the AV room.

There will be awards given out for the following categories:

• Best male actor
• Best female actor
• Best script writer
• Best editing
• Best soundtrack
