Joanna is half Australian and half Chinese but she was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She is currently a senior at ISSH, and plays on the varsity tennis team. Joanna has been on the Journalism team since her sophomore year, and is currently the editor of the Sports and Lifestyle sections. She frequently reviews sweets shops around Tokyo. She loves to spend her free time reading crime novels, binge watching TV shows, and hanging out with friends.
