Angela is currently a junior, and this is her second year as a staff member of The International. Moving to Tokyo after living in Korea her whole life greatly impacted her world view and became the foundation for her interests in culture and history. She spends most of her time drawing, watching movies, and listening to old music. Another passion of hers is reading— one of her favorite books at the moment is the existentialist novella “The Stranger” written by Albert Camus, a French writer and journalist. As the Arts and Entertainment editor this year, she looks forward to writing stories on movies, art, and social issues.
